Spectators are welcome to come watch one local woman make a bid for film-making success.
Tracy Thring is working on a pilot that she’ll enter into a film competition in New York City. From May 14 to 16 she’ll be filming a project, which is based on her years of experience in the flooring industry her love of comedy and her years of acting experience the pilot includes a guest appearance from a local radio station k96.3 and also the involvement of a local restaurant and bar Rusty’s bar and Grill.
It’s called Get Floored, is a work based comedy sitcom and will be filmed on location in a local establishment Concept Flooring.
The cast consists of 10 actors —four from Vancouver, one from Penticton and the other five from within the community of Kelowna itself.
With a winning team of a professional film crew from Digital Village a crew of talented and dedicated helpers and amazing actors Get floored” is destined to be a real competitor in this year’s New York’s pilot competition. Supporting the local community and promoting its talent this home grown comedy will be sure to keep you laughing into the next year’s line up for Network Television.
