Chef Paul Cecconi of Local Lounge and Grill has emerged as the winner of the first annual Stone Soup Chef at the final gala at the Delta Grand Hotel last night. He was cooking off against Chef Bernard Casavant in the final black box competition to end the fundraising campaign. Funds from the event went to raise money for upgrades to kitchen equipment including a walk in cooler. Watch for more details tomorrow.
