The whole drug war is a joke. People who text while drive are just as bad as this man not paying attention taking a hit from his bong.

So Impaired under the influence of drugs or alcohol … and the cop does not procee with a charge?

Caught red handed doing drugs, and worse yet, while driving. But still he gets a very light slap on the wrist, a 24 hour driving suspension and a ticket? It’s no wonder he wasn’t keeping an eye open for the cops, getting caught isn’t exactly a big deal! oohhh scary – a ticket and 24 hour suspension.

Our justice system has surely taught him a lesson and I’m sure he’ll NEVER do THAT again, right?? yeah right. I’ll probably get a bigger fine for watering my lawn too much this summer – and at least I’m not likely to kill someone while doing it.

I’m not blaming the RCMP, I think they do their jobs most of the time. Its the lawyers, courts & judges. They are the only ones who are being served here, ’cause it sure ain’t the public.
