“I have to say that yes not all people in Kelowna are cowards, and to call a citizen of kelowna that is a bit strong however maybe we need to be a little more forceful to get it through our heads that not just people close to us count.

I like the whole 36 commendations bit. If you take that… then take the amount of crime, the amount of arrests and the amount of 911 calls. I wonder what that percentage would be? I don’t say that these guys didn’t do a great job but lets see Kelowna has a population of what, 162k? My math is rather rotten but i think that says that 0.4% of Kelowna are willing to stand up and actually interfere with a crime going on or a person being beaten… And even if that is not correct… Sorry but in my eyes THAT is unacceptable. Get your act together Kelowna!” —Phil
