So is it people are not listening or is it they don't hear what's being said. I think the penalty should be given out to the thieves and the person who didn't properly secure their car. First a fine and no insurance if they didn't secure it properly. Maybe just maybe people would start listening I sometimes wonder about people, they are warned not to

Why? Why? "He was released on conditions with a future court date. He is known to police for Criminal Code offences." He and his friends will be right back at it as soon as he was released. At least give them house arrest with electronic monitoring until the court date, them send him to prison....Oh.. and kick her ass as well! Why? Why? Why?
