Deloitte, CIBC Commercial Banking, National Post and Queen's School of Business are pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Tedesco to Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies National Adjudication Panel for 2009.

Theresa Tedesco is Chief Business Correspondent at the National Post. A veteran business journalist, she has worked at the Globe and Mail, Maclean's magazine, The Financial Times and Southam News. She has also written numerous articles for various Canadian publications as well as the New York Times. She was a business specialist for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation business program Venture and is currently a regular commentator on CBC radio. Tedesco was a member of the weekly business panel on CBC radio's Morningside with Peter Gzwoski and as a guest panelist on TVOntario's Studio Two. She's also authored the best-selling book Offside: the Battle for Control of Maple Leaf Gardens. As chief business correspondent at the National Post, Tedesco covers most major business stories, and focuses mainly on investigative which have received journalistic acclaim and award nominations.

Established in 1993, Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies continues to be the mark of excellence for Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues over $10 million. Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates their management skills and practices.
