Well everyone, it’s time for me to end Fit Club. It’s not because I intend to stop using all the knowledge I’ve acquired regarding strength training, cardio fitness, general body health and eating clean–rather my job with Kelowna.com has changed slightly and I will no longer have time to extensively examine the ins and outs of being fit.
I do plan to continue eating clean, working out and running with my running club. But now I will be the only one to hold me accountable. No longer will I have to report to readers weekly with new updates and information.
I want to thank everyone who followed my column for the past four months and offered their support. Thanks to Amber Vrtar at the Kelowna Family Y, Dr. Marc Nimchuk at IQuest and Jon Campbell with Fitness On the GO.

Thanks to Fit Club I have a wealth of tips and information I plan to continue using in my daily life. I hope I’ve inspired some of you to make different choices for your own lives.
